ABOUT THE ROLE (FLEXIBILITY & GOALS)
This role is designed to fit seamlessly into your current schedule—whether you’re pursuing this full-time or as a side hustle. You can work entirely on your own terms and with complete discretion.
- Annual Quota: The minimum expectation is just one placement per year.
- No Reset: Unlike many agencies, your billings do not reset annually, so you can continue building on your success year after year.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Tiered Commission Structure:
1. Earn 50% commission on placement fees up to $200,000 in total billings.
2. Increases to 60% commission after $200,000 in billings.
3. Climbs to 70% commission after exceeding $350,000 in billings.
The more you bill, the more you take home—there’s no cap on your potential earnings!

OUR SERVICES
1. Contingency Recruiting
Our executive recruiting services operate on a contingency basis, which means we only get paid when we make successful placements.
2. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Think of RPO services as providing our recruiting services on an hourly basis. This is both economical and convenient for a client company.
3. Temporary/Contract Staffing
For temporary and contract staffing, you will earn a commission on the net hourly amount billed to the client. The net is calculated after deducting employee pay rates and payroll expenses. Commissions are based on the remaining hourly sum.

Even after reviewing this job description, we still have people asking when they will be given their accounts to work. This is a full-desk recruiting job. Some recruiters call this 360-degree recruiting. Whatever you call it, you are responsible for bringing in the clients and recruiting for the open positions. We will provide initial leads to get you started based on the niche(s) you choose.

1. Recruiter Agreement (required)
You will find the Independent Recruiter Agreement below to download for your review. Please read it carefully. Then print (or use Adobe, if possible), sign, date, and return it if you would like to move forward. If you have any issues or questions regarding this process or the content, don’t hesitate to reach out.
2. W-9 Form (optional)
We have included a W-9 form for you to complete and return. This ensures we have all the necessary tax documentation to process your commissions. This is not required to move forward at this stage, but it will be needed prior to receiving your first commission payment.
3. Onboarding Checklist (for your reference)
For your convenience, we have included an onboarding checklist to guide you through your first couple of weeks. This document outlines key steps to help you set up for success.
4. Set up work email (required)
The next step is to set up a Gmail account to use for your email-related recruiting activities. Please follow the naming convention below and let us know what you selected once you have it set up.
We will need that email to get you set up on the ATS and CRM platforms, as well as issue you a phone extension and set you up on our chat platform. .COM email addresses will not be provided initially due to prior issues caused by recruiters related to spamming negatively impacting our domain deliverability in the past.

5. Resume (required)
Along with your email notifying us of your new work email address, please include a current copy of your resume in PDF or DOCX format. This is helpful to have during your onboarding call.
6. Onboarding call
One you have reviewed and submitted all of the above required information, the final step to get started is to schedule your onboarding call with us.
